History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. After coming to the age of reason, Richard took it upon himself to study the psionic arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He used his abilities to travel the world and help people.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. Her spouse died of illness and she inherited everything. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.

Personality: While he is on the job, he is grim and serious. He understands how dangerous the world is and the need to stay safe. He enjoys reading and quiet.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

History: He is a Doppelganger in disguise. His homeland was ravaged by war and he spent much of his life rebuilding it. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.
