His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He uses divination through singing.

History: He was raised in a mountains tribe. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Hubert and his spouse have recently divorced.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. A freak accident while working with his Spy father left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
