History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and to share knowledge with the world

Description: She typically wears blue cloth garments or leather armor, but does not cut a very imposing figure. She walks with a slouch but will stand straight to her full 4'11" when asserting herself. She wears a feathered hat to hide her balding. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: She loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from her. She is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. The war was a terrible time for her, and Oriel does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Oriel was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She struck the Mayor job and began her own company from there.

Motivation: She is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Cartwright hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs
