Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. She haggles over everything, upselling her goods and buying cheap. She is persistent in everything.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: He seems to be bored by most things.

History: Born to a Spice Merchant, her father struggled to pay the bills. Her first spouse was a Spice Merchant, they had one son, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now spends her time doing works of charity.
