History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Adam liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: Gifted from a young age, Bernard studied abroad. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Dyer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: Lance speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. He is clearly well-traveled and educated. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Detective. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
