Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. When Hubert reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, he decided to travel. His rounds led him into the Army with a few individuals who would become his life-long companions. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: Adelaide hangs on like a leech to those who appreciate her. It was this clingy personality that held back her poetry career. She lacks moral complications. She does what she is told to by employers but not much else. She spends her money on whatever she fancies at the time.

History: Adelaide was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She took after her father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, her father taught her to defend herself. When her father died while fighting giants, the young Adelaide began to lead the lost caravan. She's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: To be a Gardener again.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is a logical person and will generally grow upset if things defy logic and science.

History: She is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. In her 13th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Adelaide alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: She wants revenge against giants; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and has a large red mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his grey robe. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His white hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 97. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. Any perceived weakness will be pressed and exploited. He is seen as merciless and passionate.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions
