History: He was born in a small island village. Through the years after Frederick was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Frederick's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Dilettante for hire.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
