History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He has worked as a Cook like his father before him.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help
