Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. A true patriot, Raymond would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He now mingles about in high society.
