History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. After a long history of fighting, Roger and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Humans.

History: Born in the south to a Banker, Avice learned a great deal about her mother's area of expertise. Through the years after Avice was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Avice's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sarah grew up listening to her mother's many stories. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Human companion (her 'brother'). She tends to her Roofer job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: Many illithids want her driven away; and to be a knight again

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He also is a firm believer in the manly ideal.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. While he appears to be a normal Human, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
