History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Through the years after Avelina was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Avelina's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She was born into a rich family. Her spouse left her for another, whom she beat to an almost bloody pulp. She did not win them back, but she came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. She now mingles about in high society.
