Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: Jocelyn hails from a village terrorized by orcs. When Jocelyn reached his early adolescence his Human mother passed away. History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. Through the years after Norman was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south.
