Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: Peter hails from a village terrorized by illithids. Peter was born on a far southern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Barkeep. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Stylist. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.
