Personality: He has schizophrenia that causes him to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Heward grew up listening to his father's many stories. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by a spirit.
Motivation: He possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal; and he desires power and/or immortality

Description: Standing 4'8", this woman does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when she can avoid it. Her hair, while still mostly silver, has prominent grey streaks. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Energy wise she seems alert and responsive.
History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. She would ruin relationships and cause injury. She was reprimanded several times before being given her current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and she is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions

Description: He wears a simple violet robe with black stripes complete with hood. He carries a battered crossbow and tarnished trident as well. His white hair is heavily combed to the left. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.
Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Gerald grew up listening to his mother's many stories. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature trident.
Motivation: He wants to meet his childhood hero.

Personality: This man loves poetry and to teach people poetry more than just about anything. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the north. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Theodoric was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
