History: Born in the west to a Architect, Vicky learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. While she appears to be a normal Human, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She now mingles about in high society.
