History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Crown-heir hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. A freak accident while working with her Weaver father left her crippled. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. She will often invite strangers home for dinner and talk their ears off. She cares deeply for her spouse and does her best to make sure her guests look presentable.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: He comes from a rich western family. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature spear.
