History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Through the years after Gerard was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Gerard's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She pushes her goals aggressively. She is also a coward if confronted.

History: She was raised happily, as a normal child born to her mother and father. Her mother taught her the rudiments of the Adventurer arts, while her father instructed her in etiquette, music and courtly manner. A freak accident while working with her Ploughman mother left her crippled. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Personality: A skeptical and narcissistic man, Patrick's first love is himself. His second love is also himself. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: Patrick was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.

Description: This petite short man is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, marred by sweets. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy silver hair. His ears are large.

Personality: He goes out his way to put a smile on everyone's face. There's no-one he won't accept into his heart. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Tanner hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs; and his religion dominates his actions
