Description: A 5'2" eastern man, he wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty black coat over it. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy white hair. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: The man has a huge range of feeling. He will range from being happy and joking with the occasional self put down to crying stating how he will be a better person from this day on. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Shane was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She believes there is no problem she cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. She cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist she will grow angry at them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. After a long history of fighting, Emmeline and her spouse have recently divorced.

Description: This dark-skinned female wears a brown costume with the symbols of luck on her torso. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. With wild brown hair. She tend to wears goggles to shield her eyes.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Gardener born in the past three hundred years. She is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: When she was but 3 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Hadwisa liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 6 years.

Judging by the bloodshot nature of her eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine she has not slept for days.

Personality: Williamina is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage son.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Williamina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and to get a good night's sleep
