History: Gunter hails from a village terrorized by drow. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Barber work with an outfit from a few towns over. Barber work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of illithids once and for all.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents were killed by illithids in a raid when he was still a young child. The illithids captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge; and a deep hatred of illithids

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Galiena embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Galiena grew up listening to her mother's many stories. From her teen years she was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on her. She got away from her former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: She's looking for her big break; and to reunite with her old friends

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature pickaxe.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark.
