History: Born in a small village she learned the ways of the warrior from her father. Through the years after Sarah was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Sarah's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Sarah and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He has worked as a Painter like his father before him.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by dire rats, and he desires to right it
