History: Aline hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Through the years after Aline was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Geoffrey was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a brigands raid, leaving Geoffrey alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

She spent her days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent her evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Maynild decided she wanted neither the life of her mother nor that of the evil petty criminals she associated with. During her early adolescence, she took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. As of late she has set up a hidden staging nest where she ambushes people she hires for escort.

He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.
