History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.

Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Matilda is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.

History: Matilda was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
