History: The child of a Jeweler, who enjoyed hunting, Theobald was taken on many hunting expeditions. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and meet up once more with his childhood friend

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Through the years after Ahlyssa was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Ahlyssa's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: Egelina hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Her parents enrolled her in a Paladin school at a young age so that she could practice her necromantic talents. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
