He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

History: Yvonne was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. A gifted student she started as a Fortune-teller, but she got bored and became a Engraver. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Engraver for the past few years.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She plays an instrument quite well.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. A few years later when the north was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out.

Personality: She swings through moods quickly. One moment she is cool and collected, the next she is carried away by passions. When triggered she is a bloodthirsty maniac, stopping at nothing and killing everything for almost an hour.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. After months of barely getting by, Katherine managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, she made her way to the capital under a new identity.

Motivation: She has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day.
