Personality: She is erratic and paranoid. She believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. Despite her manner, she is extremely passionate and proud of her job, and she prides herself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: She got into the Mayor business at a young age. She was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: He was born into a rich family. His father was a soldier and died while he was still young. Everard was left his father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
