History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Mayor. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and revenge
