Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with music. He constantly tries to fill his life with music. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 10 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Norman never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and his religion dominates his actions

History: He was born in a small forest village. His childhood dream was to be a Banker, but he was a colossal failure. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Soapmaker for the past few years.
