Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Locksmith who has hired him part-time. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. History: Born in the south to a Beggar, Hugh learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. His childhood dream was to be a Dilettante, but he was a colossal failure. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his daughters to still be retired.
