History: Melissa lived on a farm with her father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a ruined castle. She would wander through that ruined castle and adventure through it for days. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. Melissa took refuge in the ruined castle and found the beat up shortbow and armor she uses now.
