Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He disdains his fellow northerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born in the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He was granted divine powers by his dying brother.
