History: Katherine was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a son. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Tim was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Regain custody of his son; and marry his brother to traveling adventurers

History: She is a Yochlol in disguise. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Human artifacts is her passion; and to clean up the streets
