History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her father took her hunting and taught her how to get in the mind of other creatures. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He tends to his Unemployed job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

History: She was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with her Merchant mother left her crippled. In her journeys she found a malevolent artifact. She wishes to return this artifact and its corrupting influence back to where it came.

History: Born in the south her family was never financially stable. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Marry her sister to traveling adventurers.
