History: Born in the north to a Stableman, Cecily learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Stableman. She's also a talented Crown-heir, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

History: A powerful wizard made her what she is. Her parents divorced when she was young, and her mother gained full cudstody. She was regularly beaten by her mother, who blamed her for driving them apart. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
