Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, John embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 13th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his mother impaled in their home, and his father beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. After a long history of fighting, John and his spouse have recently divorced.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Robert abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Cook responsibilities is difficult; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Her eyes, though not visible through her cowl, are violet.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Revenge; and many brigands want her driven away

Description: This petite short woman is perpetually holding a sweet of some kind. She typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep blue leather and dull grey iron scale mail, marred by sweets. Her silver hair is singed and shortened. Her gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: Cocky and sure of herself, she believes she is the best Courier born in the past three hundred years. She takes great joy in being the best Courier in town.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her father always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. She has been saving her money to try and buy her brother's freedom.
