History: She got into the Miner business at a young age. A gifted student she started as a Miller, but she got bored and became a Miner. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Miner responsibilities is difficult; and she is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: Her psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the north were limited. She was granted psionic powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: Meet up once more with her childhood friend; and she is greedy

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Blacksmith who has hired him part-time. He is harsh and unforgiving.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Human companion (his 'brother'). He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: Wants his loneliness to end.
