History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Unlike her family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, she wanted to work in the city. She has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and to find somewhere to settle down

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She invented a lineage for herself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Born in the north to a Spy, Adelaide learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. She modeled her life after the story, seeing herself destined a hero. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.
