Personality: He is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks his mind. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: He was born in the west. Charles was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Barkeep. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
