When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Knight hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: Gifted from a young age, Solomon studied abroad. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: She got into the Hunter business at a young age. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Hunter. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Hunter for the past few years.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. Through the years after Emma was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Emma's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
