History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. Melissa was born on a far western plains where she grew up under the tutelage of her father, an expert Body Guard. Some 7 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Melissa never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her father had trained her before.

Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She saw the violence of war and the aftermath so she converted to religion and dedicated herself to non-violence.
