Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Theobald was born on a far western island where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Merchant. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

History: She was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Miner. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and she would like to get married and retire
