History: Sybil was born into a poor family. Growing up, she dreamt of becoming a Paladin, to bring honor to her family’s name. When she came of age, she applied for a position with her town's local guard, looking to work her way up via merit and eventually become a Paladin in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Since her father passed away years ago, her mother had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She uses her nature as a weapon; she likes to lead opponents to think her in distress.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Sybil was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Brilliant and gifted she never wanted to apply herself. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

History: A powerful necromancer made him what he is. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature flail.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Personality: She is unhospitable to her core. Her small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. She is a thrill seeker, she laughs at people and throws down challenges. She is highly competitive and combative.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. She sought a place where she would be rewarded solely on the merits of her skills. This search led her directly into Soapmaker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Soapmaker work suited her well, and with each successful project, she earned more gold and more respect from her peers. She spent several years traveling with her friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.
