To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Millicent. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.
