Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He got into the Ruler business at a young age. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Ruler for the past few years.

Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Miner they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Detective, and she later adopted a second son.
