History: William was born with his mother's beautiful face. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the desert to a summer home near a large cave. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the desert due to the painful memories there. William took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up rapier and armor he uses now. Some 8 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, William never married again. History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Reynard grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Reynard. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

One night she noticed a nearby shooting star which she hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. She has done her darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.
