His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: She was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
