Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.

Description: He is a husky man, who wears dull black sweaters, loose brown pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed bastard sword, just in case. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Jocelyn embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Miner business.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. A gifted student he started as a Herbalist, but he got bored and became a Miner. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miner.

Motivation: To be a Herbalist again.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears a simple red robe with grey stripes complete with hood, and is pretty ugly. He wears a Stetson hat to cover his moderate length chestnut hair. His thin eyebrows rest above his beady violet eyes.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: Tim was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Ruler hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and nothing but the best is good enough for him

Description: She wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. Her hair is always cut to a buzz. Her thin eyebrows rest above her beady blue eyes.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. Griselda is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her sisters into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way west. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Wants to raise her children well; and doesn't want to be a healer and was forced into it by her family
