Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Gerard embodies much of what other species detest in the Humans. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Gerard was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Gerard decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. Being a Slave Trader kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.

History: Born to a Soapmaker, her mother struggled to pay the bills. While studying, she fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 10 years later her spouse died after the birth of her daughter. Heartbroken, Joan never married again. Instead she focused her life to raising her daughter whom she trained as her mother had trained her before.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Adelard has worked very hard to control his curse. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world

History: She was born in a small island village. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She now mingles about in high society.
