History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Marshal work with an outfit from a few towns over. Marshal work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He got money to start a business from the gang present in town. He is greatly indebted to them.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Her father was a soldier and died while she was still young. Mary was left her father's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Dilettante for the past few years.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Dilettante responsibilities is difficult; and she doesn't get along with people that don't share her tastes

His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He found a children's book about a Human Paladin who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
