His boots appear to have been at one point steel toed but are quite worn down. Sporting a golden mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are brown.

Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Spy arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Tim was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
