History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Motivation: Retire the richest woman in the west; and her religion dominates her actions

Personality: She takes her job very seriously, in part because she fears she cannot get a new one. On top of that she is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to her employer will always come first she doesn't like to hit women.

History: Cecily was raised in a hard working conservative environment. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
